In this case (Syria), capturing the capital doesn't mean you control the country like in some countries. Aleppo is the biggest city while Damascus is the capital and they haven't captured either one of them.
This is the Syrian Army's battle to lose.

Regular Army is protecting the country while the failed salafist use innocent as human shields and kill non suni Syrians.
Re: So call FSA controlled map
I checked it out, you are right. They don't control much and are extremely disorganised. But AlJazeera and other western media outlets make it seem like they control almost all the country. What happened to Aljazeera? It has been getting worse ever year.Rightwing wrote:Aljazeera and western media show us different images with their biased media coverage SOW MA AHA?

Bashiir al asad has a chance to stop the suffering, and draw a political map that takes him out of the equation. he has that ability. Instead he chose to fight on, causing havoc and destruction to the peaceful Syria. The people of Syria are dying and like Somalis becoming refugees. that is not bravery and that is not protecting your people.

The opposition who are mainly Salafist are disorganized and leaderless. Their primary goal is ethnic cleansing and stablishing 7 century style government.
