It's designation. Islam isn't a politically correct religion. Those who step outside the fold of Islam are designated. The process of designating isn't up to individuals, but up to scholars. I'm not a scholar; that's why you won't find in any of my comments takfiiring an individual Snetter, making general takfiiring statements against individuals/groups, etc. It's worth to note that secularists and other non-Islamists employ it, more than Islamists. They employ it to dehumanize/demonize Islamists and frighten common people. Anyway, takfiirism isn't a critical or important factor in winning wars/battles, whether on the field or in the mind.Rightwing wrote:What is your understanding of the role of TAKFIIRI in relation to Islam and UMMAH?

Re: Arabman
Mahadsanid.
Even thou I am Sufi I prefer Pakistani salafis dominated mosque than Sufi mosque in my town. My local Sufi mosque waxbaa ka si ah. Anyway recently I saw long bearded and short pants men in-front of that salafis mosque where I pray almost every Fridays. They handle out leaflets and brochures. However, I have noticed they never came to our mosque and prayed with us?? I have asked one of the mosque administrators who are those men and he replied TAKFIIRI. I asked again who are TAKFIIR, laakiinse markiiba waa kaafiriin ayuu la soo booday without any reasoning.
Here is sheikh maxamuud shibille vs takfiir part 1

Re: Arabman
yes bro. it's really sad situation of our ummah. now only i understood the hadeeth the 73 firqah and one one is right!
where i am people do not socialize in the mosques. you pray and leave. no political talk is allowed most of times, other than reflect to government view. so masjids are just to be pray 5 times and they even close after that. some nights when i need e3tikaaf, you never find a mosque open after isha or even between maghrip and isha. if i saw imam loud and attacking others waban ka taga meesha. i dont go lectures to hear what others do wrong but what i have to correct myself. not interested that at all and sects.
