What surah are you in?

My nieces & nephews usually learn on: Tanzil.net & do auto-repeat of each ayah like 10x. Their mother raves about it, not sure though.

LOL! Make wudu, pray two rakas and start memorizing your required cashar.

I've never been to a dugsi. I'm envious of those who have soo many stories to tell. :(

Don't be discouraged by the netters...Once you are in the process of learning by heart..You are great..Good for you and Maasha Allaah  Always remember you are never too old to learn Quraan and any other education. Better late than never also..

The site Tanzil is great..also if you drive make sure to listen the CD and repeat again and again

this is how worked for us. every nafilah pray with the aayat that you just learned. the old fashion... sub3is. do it with your siblings, mother , father etc.
