what are you talking about ? Ras Kamboni are not allowed into the city, Kenyans are inside Kismaayo at the moment, so are Marehan TFG forces, but no Ras Kamboni were refused to enter the city.

Right now latest update, KDF and the overwhelming Marehan forces are working together in Kismaayo, their first task is to do something about the Ras Kambooni tribal movement, and the local Marehan armed to their teeth and ready to fight RK if they ever enter. I predict that Kenya and the Soamli government will hold a reconciliation meeting to resolve the matter some time, but for now Ras Kambooni must fight Alshabab in Middle Jubba.
