Dear Reer Banadir.

Post by BlackRain »

My late dad owned a property in Madina near Xoosh Market. Now, I have all the documents, including a 1975 land sale agreement between my dad and the original land owner. The latest info about the house is, some agoon families are there and they have been there for best part of the last 20 years.

Now tell me the best way to go and re-claim the land of my dad? I am the oldest son and I have to fight for this.

go to Xamar and take your papers to the dowlad. If any of your neighbors or other people can testify that it indeed is your families then shouldn't be too hard.

I personally dont believe anything u guys say is true. I have seen countless ppl who have never seen xamar who claim in ey xamar dhul ku lahayeen ama hanti tooda ah laga qaatay.

being said that, if you have got any properties in xamar which somebody occupies illegally you can go to xamar tomorrow and claim it if you have got all the documents, a week or so you will have your properties.

Impossibble. I left when I was 6 years old. and I doubt my neighbors will still be there after 20 years. Anyway, I am doe to fly sometime next year and Let's hope I can get my properties back.
