how come NML aka No maamuland is not included in the list?

I was the only person who voted for Hassan sh. Maxamud on the presidential poll, with the weight of that last win, i firmly believe the next PM will hail from the great disputed state of Jubbaland. If president had any doubts the problems he will face in the South, he got a crude reminder from Seeraar, the Kenyan stooge.

Alot of nonsense in this poll.
2. A Jubbaland state does not exist on the ground it hasn't been formed yet.
3. Khaatumo only exists in Taleex village.
5. Awdal state does not exist.

4.Somaliland does not consider itself as a federal state part of Somalia. Which leaves 1.Puntland to be the only real federal state part of Somalia in this poll.
Thus the vote goes to Puntland.
