self, I know it was real success - once more popular than x-files but to me it was like made in china version of star trek

We're look at sand dunes covered in black specks. The black bits are what's interesting.
CO2 geysers seems plausible, but there's an adventure to be had here.

alpha, that's what they think... wait for another couple of yrs and u'll hear new theories popping up.
