I'm not going to vote but I will say my opinion.
The same 2 to 3 scnarios that I was expecting. Two are nearly the same so I expect the khatumo guy to stay and face the gedo guy. Then, each of these two have different considerations. Khatumo is a diplomatic strategic group that have close ties to many groups and are there for improvement.
Gedo is a strategical military group and the government wants to give a maximum preiority to the south.

The PDP guy is the only viable because since both the president and PM are from same group their working relationship will be very good.

Dr Isse abdi would be a perfect choice he hails from the former 6-day state and it will make it look power sharing between north and south to the IC.

Abdulqadir Abdi Xashi would be ideal prime minister. He's educated, well-spoken, and intelligent. Somalia would be lucky to have him as a Prime Minister. May Allah give him long years to live. Ameen.
