In his capacity as the founder and Managing Director of HESPI (Horn Economic & Social Policy Institute) He has trained the Puntland govt officials, cabinet and the President on good governance and public financial management. He has close relations with the Finance Ministries in Somalia including Puntlands.

To answer your question I would have to say, Its like a Galaydh type of relationship.

LMAO EXecutive. He seems he has good working relationship with the Puntland admin. You would never see Glayr sitting with Faroole or any Puntlander, so it's different

He has a good working relationship with all regions do to the nature of his job. Not sure if he wanted to sit there, he was told to be there by the UN and Worldbank

Faroole called him a loser a couple of months ago following the formation of Khaatumo. Faroole wasn't around when Galaydh was in front line politics. Galaydh doesnt owe Puntlanders anything, and has never harmed them. But you can find pics of Faroole with Farmaajo, sometimes you have to work with the people you dislike.

Dr Cali ciise cabdi would be a good prime minister i think in his government there will be zero tolerance for mismanagement and corruption i see competent leadership there.
