Dawladda Puntland ee Soomaalia waxay soo dhoweynaysaa magacaabista Raysal-wasaaraha cusub ee Soomaalia Mudane Cabdi Faarax Shirdoon.

Waxay Dawladda Puntland hormuud ka ahayd nidaamka Federaalka ee Soomaaliya 1998 iyo 2004, waxayna sidoo kale kaalin muhiim ah ka qaadatay dhamaystirka geeddi-socodkii lagaga baxayey ku-meel-gaarnimada [Roadmap] iyo dhamaystirka Dastuurka federaalka ah.

Waxay Dawladda Puntland weli diyaar u tahay inay sii xoojiso kaalinteedii ahayd sidii lagu gaari lahaa Dawlad Somaliyeed oo Federal ah oo dhamaystiran.
Waxay kaloo diyaar u tahay in ay qayb weyn ka qaadato dib-u-heshiisiinta Somaliya oo muddo 22 sano ka badan xad-gudubyo bini-aadanimo iyo mid siyaasadeed ay soo gaareen.

Dawladda Puntland, waxay Dawladda Federaalka ku qiimaynaysaa kulana shaqayn doontaa hadba sida ay u fuliso heshiisyadii hore loo galay iyo nuxurka uu qeexayo Dastuurka Federaalka ee Somaliya [Constitutional provisions]

• Hirgelinta iyo dhamaystirka nidaamka Federaalka ah

I knew the people here who were saying Puntland will 'cut ties' didn't know what there talking about

Puntlands stance "“Dawladda Puntland waxay Dawladda Federaalka ah ku qiimaynaysaa kulana shaqayn doontaa hadba sida ay u fuliso heshiisyadii hore loo galay iyo nuxurka uu qeexayo Dastuurka Federaalka ee Somaliya”

Basically means we will cut ties with this government as soon as they try to undermine us...and that wont be long.

Of course they would welcome Saacid. They can only make threats to an Abgaal but know doing the same to a Marexan will result in a back hand bi.tch slap.

Under his rule in which way? you do realize that this government has NO real power on the ground, so do tell me how they plan to get Puntland under their rule?

I am stating the obvious. In this world there is a hierarchy. In Puntland it is:

1. Cumar Maxamud
2. Ciise Maxamud
3. Cisman Maxamud

If you are not from those three you carry little political weight.

Puntland can make threats to Sharif Ahmed and Xasan Sheik but doing that to a Saacid will result in consquences. Not to mention, rer Puntland always know when to quit and to start groveling for power. Sadly, it ends up that Majeerten get the lion's share leaving the others to share the ceremonial posts.

Actually Puntlands current Hierarchy goes something like this

1. President Faroole. Cisse Maxamud
2. Vice President Abdisamed Ali Shire-Dhulbahante
3. Speaker of the Parliament Abdirashid Mohamed Hersi-Leelkase

My immediate sub clan of Leelkase holds 2 ministers posts including the 3 highest position in Puntland, if you call that ceremonial posts then you must be high on some hatred

Nice try though, this whole Puntland is Majerteen thing wont fly seeing how the only Puntland endorsed PM candidate was no other than Prof Abdikhadir Abdi Hashi a Leelkase.
