The story is the place was basically one of the hubspots of the war (ingriis/Darawiish) and life got tough so His Dad (GreatGrandad) moved the fam to Gedo

Both of my grandfathers were born in Wardheer and their families were from there. Until recently one lived in Garbahaaray and the other Beled-Xaawo. My paternal grandfathers rer abti are Majerten/rer Bicidyahan and maternal grandfathers rer abti are Dhulbahante/Cali Geri. Here is my mom reciting poems she learned from her father whose mom was Cali Dhuux's niece.
