Mo Ibrahim Foundation - No 5m Prize this year

The prize given to a former African head of state that fulfils a set criteria related to good governance, its worth $5m over 10 years, and $200,000 annually for life thereafter.

These 3 former heads of states were considered:

Then there's Senegal's Abdoulaye Wade (too autocratic), Somalia's Sharif Sheikh Ahmed (too corrupt and ineffective), Lesotho's Pakalitha Mosisili (in office too long, and technically King Letsie III is head of state anyway).

loool 5 million, these guys can robb 100X that amount , how much is an incentive 5 million is to a chimp that can steal 1 billion bananas.
