Almost 2 weeks since the PM Has been nominated and He STILL Has not been taken before the Parliament. The old cabinet ministers are milling around and not really working knowing that they are in their last days. Poor Abdiwali is still running around doing the job of PM. The people who work in Villa Somalia don't know if they'll be replaced. The employees at the Prime Minister's office know there on their last days. In the meanwhile a lot of things are changing on the ground every day while these guys move at a snails pace. Any responsible Government would hold emergency sessions to establish the Government as quickly as possible in the wake of such upheaval and turmoil.

Its getting to that point where the former ministers are scratching their heads and thinking " damn why dont they just put us out of our misery"

I think that is why the speaker finally put his foot down and ordered the NGO president to bring the prime minister to the Parliament within two days. I hope the president acts tougher and more serious when appointing and taking action. he has to be decisive. Laughing and smiling is not winning strategy in the midst of war, so is taking his time when events are unfolding by the hour.

The President doesn't have a very difficult job. Hiiraan and Galguduud aside from the rucous in Hobyo are stable. Puntland is very stable. Marka, Baydhabo, are loyal to His admin. As for Jubbaland it looks like its out of His hands. As long as He can do a great job governing Mogadishu, that will be enough.
