I dont understand How a simple Suggestion To ONLF to recognize The Ethiopian Constitution Can lead To Halt Peace Talks? I mean,You are Not Talking with a Group of Random People,You are Talking with a Gov that has a Constitution therefore It is Meaningless To Halt PeaceTalks On These Grounds.
What is your Take on This?
