Trying to copy Siyaad Barre with the ubax being placed around his neck and cutting the rope of a completed project.

The only problem, he has less entourage and they're mostly his cousins, even the small project he's opening belongs to his family.

Nah....cant compare with Muhammed Siyad Barre (AUN) trip to Hargeisa.
