what do you know of this business

Some of my uncles have made a reconstruction company in tanzania, basically they put together 50,000 dollars each and started it with the first building, they sold it like 250,000 dollars and they extended into 4 buildings and then get bigger. I think each has now two million dollars.
I would like to tell me what is dangerous about this business if you had and info.

They won't tell me. they keep stopping some times as they didn't sold the old ones in the price they want. I asked my brother and he said its the recestion.
