Addressing the Jubaland issue, President Farole reiterated earlier comments that "certain elements are inciting hoslities in Jubaland regions."

Continuing, the Puntland leader said: "The people of Puntland and the people of Jubaland share many ties and we appeal for reconciliation among local communities towards the formation of an inclusive Jubaland administration. We will also send a Puntland delegation to Kismayo."

Puntland has been quiet for the longest time about KIsmaayo and the loses fellow southern Darood there (specifically Majerteen, Lelkase, etc.) have been dealt by the JVA, the thugs from Galgaduud. Now that on local level multiparty elections is assured come 2013 in Puntalnd and federalism across Somalia, giving more autonomy to local political structures. Definitely, I couldn't agree more with Faroole on taking the the task of securing our interest in Jubaland head on, now that most of the hard work is behind us.

I don't think IGAD will be passing judgement based on the JVA history, HIraale is a thug and their the ones with the bigger gun sxb. Anyways HAG I hear wants to throw Gedo with Bay and Bakool, I think the possibility that that might fly is real if they play the "pussyy card." Your already a minority in Galgaduud and Kismaayo, and soon if the HAG wishes come true you might end up a minority in Raxanweyn land too.

Harti, Leelkase, Awrtable are Qaran and not Qabil. Our brother the Marehan are still trapped in the 1990s like Habar Gidirta. Until Marehan becomes a Qaran, they shouldn't discuss anything regarding Kismaayo. Wa iga talo.
