Now this argument is very beautiful why? I will tell you why..

Remember Ictisaam sheikh That was killed in Bosaaso. They said he was killed by Alshabaab fighters. They captured some young men who are members of Alshabaab.Not only a member of Alshabaab, they were ordered to join and help his killings. One young man said, "I knew they were killing him on that day". The other kid said," I was watching the movement of the police station around him". Anyway, the killers escaped but these young men were caught. These young men who were caught was alshabaab members and did participate his killings by knowing and supporting his killings. Therefore, they are his killers too........

So what is wrong with this arguments.. There is a huge trick..

I know it is very hard to catch the problem..


These young men are alshabaab members.. It is true..
These young men were the young men who plotted the killings of that sheikh.. It is true
They know who killed that sheikh.. It is true..

In Islam when it comes to killings.. Example is no proof... Because eye for an eye policy..is not met for an example of evidence

You can be the group.. You can participate all their plots and still if you did not kill that person physically, you are not the assasins.. Islam is very unique and very tough policy when you killed another muslim or doing qisaas..

There is only one way you can convict these alshabaab terrorist group.. By banning all of them at once.. If you participate in plots of them, You are going to be killed... Such policy can only convict these young men.. That policy is there in Puntland tribal government..

These people can destroy each other because of tribal warfare.. Today if someone is killed whether he is sheik or regular man. It is always a possible that they retaliate to another innocent person because of tribal revenge fight..

It is a very dangerous society that needs Islamic government now... Otherwise this fitnah will continue as it did in the last 200 years ago...

The only Sheikhs they have is "Itixaad".. In the History of Somalia, Itixaad never solve tribal war, actually they divided into tribal groups...


It is very sad that no one in Somalia has the appetite to change this society...
