This individual is the subject of an active Canada-wide warrant for removal because he is inadmissible to Canada. It has been determined that he violated human or international rights under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act or under international law.
On July 31 2011, Ottawa Police responded to a stabbing in the downtown area. Upon arrival, officers and paramedics found a male unconscious and bleeding. The male was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead. The investigation has led to the the identification of Liban SHEIKHADEM as the suspect in the crime. SHEIKHADEM has a history of violence and drug possession.
Liban SHEIKHADEM has connections in the areas of Toronto Ontario, Red Deer Alberta and the state of Minnesota U.S.A

On March 31 2000, Omar Mohamed MOALIN was involved in an altercation with two men in a bar in Toronto. The bar owner asked the men involved to leave and MOALIN proceeded to his car across the street. When the other men exited the bar, MOALIN u-turned his car and accelerated towards them, striking Sergio Marra and killing him instantly.
Omar Mohamed MOALIN is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for First Degree Murder and Failure to Stop After Accident Causing Death.

The Ottawa Police Service has laid charges in connection to a retail robbery and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the second suspect.
On September 10, 2012, at approximately 7:15 am, two suspects entered a convenience store situated along the 400 block of Rideau Street store wearing bandanas. One of the suspects brandished a handgun. The suspects fled the premises with cigarettes and bus tickets.
There were no injuries. A patrol officer located the suspects nearby at which point the suspects fled from police. One of the suspects fled to a building on Cobourg Street where he was arrested by tactical officers later that same day. An imitation handgun has been recovered by robbery investigators.
Khaled NUR, age 21 of Ottawa, has been charged with robbery with an offensive weapon, wearing a disguise, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, assault with a weapon and five counts of breach of probation. NUR appeared in court September 11 and was held in custody and appears in court again on September 17.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the second suspect who remains at large. The outstanding suspect is described as being a black male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches (180 centimeters) to 6 feet 1 inch (185 centimeters), thin build, 19-21 years of age. (see attached images)
Ayanle SIAD age 24 is a federal offender who is presently unlawfully at large and wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant.
He is known to frequent the south end of Ottawa (Heatherington area) and possibly the Market area.
