Kenyans Deny Access to Kismayo for Somali Govt

Post by AbdiWahab252 »

The Kenyan government has denied access to Kismayo by a high level AMISOM and Central Government delegation from Mogadishu. The delegation was forced to return to Mogadishu. Meanwhile, the export of charcoal continues from Kismayo in direct violation of the UN sanctions that were sponsored by the USA. The Kenyans have shown contempt for Mogadishu, sovereignty of Somalia and for the UN.

Why would an amison envoy be sent? That's the government job! More and more of The new government's incapabilities are being exposed with time. What exactly are the president and the pm doing when all their work is being done for them?

The new Somali government is becoming more and more unpopular by the day. I am interested to see where things are headed.

The high level delegation include Indocade and Gobaale.
While charcoal export in Xamar port is booming Kismaayo shouldnt try to sell the large stock of charcoal as it is against UN rules.

Axmed madhoobe should just respect and obey a tribalist President who came to power through corruption.Axmed did not spend 3 years in the bush just to step down to an ex USC vigilantee.

I welcome the Kenyan decisions.. They fought hard to capture Kismaayo. This low life 4.5 System non-government organization pretends they have the upper hand is the discusting and so lame...

Who the hell they think they are these low life unreasonable people...

Thank you kenya for showing us that you are controlling our land...

Meta,

The AMISOM envoys were sent to do assessments. By rejecting AMISOM, the Kenyans indicated that they were not a cooperative member of AMISOM. Djibouti never did the same in Hiiraan.

The relationship between the Kenayns and with the central government were already not great. The Kenyans sent no government officials to attend the inaugration of the President. The invasion by the Kenyans was not given a green light by the former government of Sheik Sharif. The Kenyans have allowed export of charcoal even after the President issued a public announcement to the public and the Kenyans not to do so as it violated the UN sanctions.

The President will consult with the AU, IGAD, and the US government.

It is a question of sovereignty. If the Kenyans are in AMISOM and are in Somalia at the pleasure of the Central Government, then there was no reason to turn back an AMISOM and Somali government delegation. The continued export of charcoal contravenes UN sanctions and the explicit Presidential order banning its sales.

RasKambooni is playing bad politics, and the Kenyans are scared for their life. They think if the charcoal is not taken out, buisness owners will start to fun alshabab and cause havoc for them. Kenyan's never knew what they were getting themselves in to.

PO,

The CG which was already suspicious of the Kenyan agenda now have ample evidence to showcase to the Americans that the Kenyans are not working in the interests of stability for Somalia.
