How does wisdom come about? Is it the result of learning through experience or does it come innately?

I think it will be signifianctly higher but I also think the "Service" is more than ready to handle any possible threats.

1. I don't know if I have any more wisdom than you.
2. No because, I cannot quantifiably assess that comparison.
3. Wisdom is not the only reason to ask a question or be enriched. People have different experiences, values, ideals, history, and dreams that can all inspire us.

I think wisdom is learning from experience. The greater your experience, the more "wise" you are about an issue. I think sometimes judgement and intelligence could be innate, but developed as well.
