Actually he has a point.
How can you be so stupid to appoint someone that believes in two-state solutions.
Ina Caasho and turtle should go

First of all i don't like these advisers of the el presidente going public to voice their opinion to the media every time.
secondly you ppl need to understand the importance of the "female element" in the cabinet.. the parliament was supposed to be 30% female mps but what we have is less than 2% females. we need to show the donors and the IC that women have right in our govt specially one from whats known as SL thats double strike. lets not forget SL also have a female wasiir of education.

At first I was opposed to her appointment on principal.
However, I am now of the opinion that she could be useful in finally ending the secessionist quest for statehood.
Thats not to say s/l will recognise Xamar as its capital, but will continue its political isolation of the last 20 years.

Thats fine as long as Somalia also continues to be stateless and her states are ruled from Kenya and faroole continue to stay separate politically from Mogadishu and Amisom forces troops stay for a long period of time.
Fawziyaa can stay she is a good lady she is both SNM and USC

Thats my point.....the situation in southern Somalia is changing....slowly.
The secessionist entity in the north cannot afford to sit idly by....that would be a strategic error of immense proportions.

Not really south will be divided into 5 states
Puntland Jubaland central state bay and bakoool state banadir state all these states will be lose autonomous states all having their own armies own policies and each of them will have its own external support from Uganda Ethiopia and Kenya. Thats the future of Somalia and that's the end goal maybe they will reach that point in 10 to 15 years time Long live Igad for coming with this master plan for Somalia you already see it in the making Igad heavily involved in state building in Kismayo government delegations send back to Mogadishu clan militias being created. The next state will be bay and bakool when the Ethiopians clean alshabaab from those regions. And Amisom will continue to act as the security forces of Somalia. The next struggle in Somalia will be between Islamists vs clan autonomists supported by Kenya Ethiopia and Amisom forces.
Somaliland will continue to pursue its own agenda as a separate country, and watch the game from a distance played in Somalia

Somalia will be a federal Republic...just like numerous other FRep all over the world.
Jubbaland, Puntland and Galmudug will all have local elections, police, army, health/education authorities etc.
S/l will be indistinguishable from the other federal states, just one of many.
Recognition as an independent state aint gonna happen, federalism has been your undoing.
