Jubbaland State will be composed of 3 regions and 14 districts. Each district will have THREE (3) representatives to the Jubbaland parliament.

This parliament will choose the President and the State officials.

The Parliament will have Marehan as the single largest clan majority and can rule the entire politics of the state with minor political allies.

The agreed 14 districts ("degmo") of Jubbaland will be:

For the Majerten: Harti will be given ONE (1) seat from Kismaayo's three. Face the music.

I advise the Marehan to note waste their time on this diaspora wrangling. Even the Absame sitting at the table have accepted their fate; this ain't Jigjiga district.

Bro I understand beesha is majority in any way u look at it but the representation has to be more diverse, I am not worried about Absame as they are regional players and will get their lion share but also the minority specially the bantus who inhabit the most resourceful lands must get representatives.

I don't understand how you believe that Sade will get kingship of Jubbaland when the only tribe with strengh in the region is Ogaden Al Mukarramah with 5000+ warriors including the special commando unit of Izzidin Al Ras Kamboni Brigades. I don't want to get into an argument with beesha Sade but I will say that the majority in both Jubbas is Ogaden and we also have an exellent representation in Gedo.

Nevertheless this isn't the US election, you can't win the presidency simply by reliying on Columbus when the rest of Ohio votes against you

No offense but I don't think You deal with Somalis outside of Somalinet or better yet outside of Ogaden section. Let Me give You a clue. When You meet a random Somali and they wanna be clever and ask Your qabil they'll ask what region You're from. If You say 'L Jubba' or 'Middle Jubba' they'll probably think of dozens of clans. When You answer 'Gedo' they will automatically assume You're Marehan. I know as people have asked several times and I got the same question back are You Marehan. In the Somali news sites whenever they say 'shaqsi ka soo jeedo gobolka Gedo' it is assumed automatically Marehan, and keep in mind this is a region that is almost the size of middle, lower jubba combined, 2nd biggest region in Somalia after Bari with a population upwards of 350k.
