does the leader/sheik of mecca always have to be Arab. I mean there are sheiks from other races out there that can lead and speak perfect Arabic and have studied the quraan from page to page.

Yes they have to be Arabs not only Arabs but they have to be the Clan of MOHAMED ABDULWAHAB. A CLAN WHICH HASD THE NAME AALLA SHEIKH and this Clan has monopoly to be imams IN MAKAH and madiina and whole in Saudi arabia. only members of this clan can be Gran mufti of SAUDI Arabia.. only members of alla sheikh clan can issue a FATWA.. all books, hadiiths and other religios scriptures produced in Saudi arabia only members of alla sheikh clan can give green light to be published... ALLA SHEIKH CLAN they has sole ríghts monopoly religios affairs in SAUDI ARABIA....

As long the saudi clan rules, they appoint muftis and jumma' speakers in the haram, and they cant stand against them, this isn't islam, its bullshit.
