Tensions are rising abroad and and back home
Have you noticed guys that the Somalis abroad and inside the country calling for the war drums what do we see , we see tribal gatherings not as we saw them in 2011 and 2010. About clan state hebel should be established but a true open debate about the civil war. We see former generals colonels of the former regime being hunted down. We see certain Somali communities exclusively opposing the new government and labeling him with an organization abroad called the Hawiye action group never happened before when sh sharif was the president or even cabdilahi Yusuf. We see Somali television channels universal tv hctv openly inviting Somali so called intellectuals to debate about the current political situation of Somalia. And some times even calling to drive entire communities beyond the Kenyan border. We see Keyd media broadcasting 1991 war videos about what happened 2 decades ago. We see former war mongers and warlords actively taking part of the political debate of Somalia. The reason why this is happening is Somalis never had a proper reconciliation conference where every one is involved yar iyo weyn ciidan iyo ciiroole ba. Somalis particularly the Koonfurians have this mindset if we don't talk about it it doesn't exist , it wont hunt us. When was the last time Somalis came together and talked about the past and really said lets forgive and forget and lets built a bright future for our children and grandchildren. How can there be real peace in the minds of the people who lost their loved once in the war yet justice was never served. How can there be peace when you're grandfathers house is in the hands of some warlords. How can there be peace when Clan elders are calling for the removal of Somali communities from certain cities. Talk about the past on a national level let it not be a taboo, you cant create trust if you go to foreign capitals and try to reconcile warlords that's not how you reconcile people and a country torn apart by war. You reconcile communities entities tribes if you let them come together and talk about their past problems and difficulties and let them come with a solution. Mahiga and Kibaki Hillary clinton wont solve you're problems only you can.

Khalid Somaliland made reconciliations ages ago and today you still see open clan gatherings INSIDE all major cities threatening one another or threatening the government so whats the point! Somalis wont forget the past by fake reconciliation only they can forget it if they have a real effective and fair government that provides jobs and wealth and makes everyone fat and happy.

Its all talk because Somalida don't have the power for full blown war and those calling for yaa uga darnanaayo? Most of us have moved on what you see on tv is people trying to find a common ground by pointing a non existing enemy marka don't worry for us southerners.

Thug i meant that its openly debated this was never done before lol@ secretly
Advo its growing by the day the only way to get rid of that is to openly reconcile what happened and to forget and forgive but it needs to be done properly by the people. This was never done before the Islamic courts union was the closest to reconcile people at national level.
Monday there is a difference the government was never threatened in Somaliland clan culture at subclan level is pretty much the political nature of Somaliland. SL was pretty much reconciled 3 times since 1991 because every one talked about it at national level about the war Remember president cigaals famous speech in 1996 about the Faqash who were faqash and the definition of Faqash and about the future of Somaliland. Talking about tribalism and subclanish debates and the past and opposing the government in a country with barely no institutions is a danger to the society while the different communities in Somalia hardly trust each other. And last but not least tribalism in Somaliland and clanish talk is not really the same as in Somalia because of the different political culture. Tribal talk in Somalia is like poison not good. Monday to end the chapter of civil war u need to end it officially with proper reconciliation conference that's how you bring back the trust.
