What Morsi and the Somali president have in common

Post by BlackRain »

Both of em have have links to Muslim Brotherhood
Both of them are fat
Both of them have same style beard
Both of them come to power unexpectedly
Both of them are trying to power grab. We all saw how Morsi sidelined most of Husni regime members and Hassan trying to do the same by Sidelining Daroods( We have yet to see the new PM making independent decisions)
Both of them have indirect connection to the west....
Both of them are Pharaoh descendent
Morsi was the first head state to welcome the new president

Morsi's Presidency wasn't unexpected. The MSB was expected to win the elections.

The muslim brotherhood were always minority in Egypt and never held important positions in the Husni Mubarak days

I wouldn't say they were a minority. The MSB were the largest party in Egypt outside of Mubaraks regime and they were by far the favorites to win the elections after the fall of Hosni. The MSB have been the biggest proponents of democracy since the early 90's.

The Muslim brotherhood played a good political game. They created splinter group freedom and justice party which fooled most ordinary Egyptians in selecting morsi. The Muslim brotherhood has their man Kayrat Al-shater disqualified. Kudos to them. The point west will never support an Islamic organization and the selection of Morsi even surprised most of the west, thanks to MSB brilliant plan
