I work with another African american ( real native black) in the same company and he complains to me about his manager being a d1ck and the rest of the folks as being such pussies. I only respond to him that, I agree with him and I see where he is coming com but I have no clue what he is talking about.So help me out.

What is he telling me when he says the manager is being a D1ck ( ofcourse I know what D1ck means but how is him being male organ what to do with anything).
What about when he tells me the rest of the employees are such pussies ( what are they by being referred to as Female organ).
