Muqdisho is lacking security, that is main reason it on the list.

I'm scared for the future of Muqdisho for one reason.... it'll be too unaffordable for the average Somali
The IDPs have already said its too costly for them to live in and a lot had to move to Afgoye and the surrounding areas.
Can you imagine during 100% peaceful times very soon inshallah?
They called it a city for the wealthy
Let's hope it's all just because of the hype.
