There is no such thing on hadhwanaagnews xildhibaan dhogox just congratulated the new mayor of hargeysa, eventhough he said the new mayor was appointed nevertheless he congratulated him its on hadhwanaagnews its an audio message.

I know the new mayor he is a very competent man a former architect he was the boss of several construction companies. i think he can transform our capital city into a true capital city in the horn.
