How the hell is the guy who hospitalized me in camden with multiple injuries out on bail? just got an email from met

Hi (insert my name),

I left a message for you on your landline, but thought I would give you a bit more detail.

The police asked for the suspect to be remanded in custody until his next court appearance.

However, the judge disagreed and bailed him with various conditions.

So, until he appears back at court on 03/01/13, the suspect must do the following:


1 TO LIVE AND SLEEP EACH NIGHT AT BAIL ADDRESS
2 CURFEW HOURS BETWEEN:21:00HRS AND 07;00HRS DAILY
3 CURFEW TO BE ELECTRONICALLY MONITORED
4 NOT TO CONTACT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY; (INSERT MY NAME)
5 NOT TO ENTER/GO TO;LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMDEN.

If he breaks any of these he will be arrested and taken back to court.

At the next court date (03/01/13) the judge will check if all the paperwork and evidence is ready for the case to go to trial and he will set a date for this.

If the suspect calls your cab office, or any friend of the suspect calls your cab office and causes any trouble, then you should call police straight away.

The next thing I will be doing is contacting the hospital to get information about your injuries and treatment so we can show this at the trial.
