I don't understand why land prices are so high in a city like Xamar.
I'm no economist, but the government should do something before the Mog goes the way of Luanda.

The rich business people set the terms and thats why its going so high.

The government should implement some sort of land price control. Any short term shortages are better than having the price of land skyrocket and a few oligarchs price out the average Farax and Xalimo.
