between hypocrite and believer

my greatest concern is to know if there is a place between being hypocrite and a believer.
in the arabic language, the prefix mu stands for constance like mumin: constantly beleiver, muqaatil: constantly fighter.... The doer constantly does it while amana stands for believes at times and qatala fightes at times so one does without constance
Now almost the time of the fajr prayer is at 7 am wich is great but its not working to pray fajr just whenever you woke up its imperative to pray on its time otherwise your a a hypocrite as the prophet said its he hardest t prayer on the hypocrites
Im curiousabout lack of the ongoing cycle the doings of the believer are there chances in between hypocrite and believer
For example you missed to pray on its time and its almost bright does that fit inbetween them or even just praying when you wake up
