Tips.

Post by SiennaEarth »

Lately I've been stuffing my face with fast food and other junk, coz I'm too lazy to eat healthy idk. Anyway I've developed this belly :( and its starting to be noticeable when I wear tight shirts or dresses. I've got a wedding to attend soon and I'm planning on wearing this killer dress but its tight :( . Any tips on how to get rid of it (the belly)? Nothing that suggest I should totally cut out junk food, that is almost impossible for me.

Well since you asked for tips

1 don't wear tight clothing
2 go for a run 30 minutes a day
3 lifting weights actually speeds up your metabolism so yeah lift weights.
Don't worry about gaining muscles becouse you don't gain muscles by accident
It takes a lot of work and effort for a guy and since you are a girl you'll just get tone.

It's really not impossible at all.

As long as you burn off the junk food you should be fine.

I agree with you there. Eating healthy like everything else in life becomes a habit with a little effort.

I am sorry for even commenting on this but...a bit of hard work combined with better eating habits for the long term...and a corset for that one night.

Ain't nobody got time for 30 minutes running a day. That's too much hard work, not like I'm fat just want my slim belly back. I'm sure there's an easier way. :whew:

And plz about corsets, I'm planning to eat myself to death at that wedding, how I'm I going to do that with a corset on?

You're a woman, right? Just say you're pregnant when people ask about your belly. After 9 months, move to another city and start over the whole 'I'm pregnant' cycle again.
