He said that he heard a big Islamic scholar get asked by a man in the audience "my wife bleeds for 24 days straight, I can't hold on all that time". The islamic scholar replied " I have to get consensus on this ruling". The next day on his tv show he returned with the answered. He said "after 8 days of menstruating then its permissable to once again have sex with her despite the fact that she is leaking".
But I just refuse to blieve this dudes story. I told him I'm gona do some research nd will have an answer next time we meet inshalah
