This is pretty awful. I think they mistook him for a drunk driver

So this case was in 2010 what happened?

yeah i think the cop is under investigation now. the court system can take years if it's a big controversial case.

He should be punished to the full extent of the law. Kicking someone in the head is never justified and then on top of that the he was already on the ground and not a threat and clearly this guy has his own issues shouting "motherfucker". Ciilka ufff another reason to despise the police

Turns out the police officer didn't get demoted or punished in any form. Dude won a suit for $250,000 but you know damn well the police or union paid for that.

What a disgrace.

It seems citizens need protection from the police
