Aside from the military aspect, the average Somali needs to be put to work. Gradually build bridges, sewers, water supplies, railroads as well as highways stretching from Raas kambooni all the way up to Saylac. The government has a long way to go, but it should try to win the hearts and the minds of people, and increase the pride of the avg Somali by calling upon their services.
