Good news.
Khat to Somalis is what HIV is doing to SA. As alcohol is doing to the lower classes of the U.K etc etc.

The committee is spearheaded by Burco university students, local elders, Sheikhs etc. Hopefully the anti khat committee succeeds inshallah and it should spread
to every city, town, village of Somaliland.

As much as I realise the extreme opposition they will face (like an anti guinness committee in dublin, or anti cocaine committee in colombia) I wholly support their cause

Its great too see young people using their own initiative in correcting the externalities of the failed generation before us.

Stop misquoting and editing the quotes weirdo. This has nothing to do with Somalia, but it is good to see the young generation of Somalilanders rejecting
khat and educating others about the bad effects of it.

Khat is Somali (also Yemeniand ethiopian) Problem not a Isaaq problem.

SMH. Where did I say it is an Isaaq problem you id!ot? Khat is a widespread problem in the Somali community but this committee isn't about Somalia
but Burco city of Somaliland as you can see in the title. Next time stick to the topic.
