HIV--soon to be a CURE????

Actually, NOT a cure, but something of a fairly maintained disease. An Australian scientist is trying to alter a HIV protein, by breaking or changing it; so HIV doesn't reproduce, and later become AIDS. Basically, it is debilitating this important protein that HIV needs to multiply. Their goal now is not to remove the entire virus from the body but make it latent. (meaning, useless, sitting in the blood stream but harmless)

Good job. I lost hope on them when they were focusing on vaccine rather than the root of the problem. This move looks promising and clever.
