What a shame, if Somalia wasn't in a civil war for the past 21 years we could of claimed a war on terror and liberating Africa (that would bemore credible since it is closer to us) with splits in $ with the UN & U.S and they will back it publicly. Good going France.

And If Somali scientists discovered this stuff, you could easily have a war on terror cover story and then then ask the UN to fund you with profits in return for the both.
