the somali president arrives in ethiopia as part of a three-country visit.
after the african summit he would also partake in the islamic summit in cairo then his tour will end at bruxcel where a auropian conference on somalia will take place.
This is his second most impoartant visit after his successful visit to america who has the somali key. he started with his successful visites to the neighbors and tuurky. Its expected that all the international financing to go directly to the state after the worldwide recognition

How does he plan to get rid of the Amisom troops? and how does he going to return the Somali National Army? instead of asking foreigners about money how does he plan to make Somalia indepedent?

he is very smart guy, his is great at doing researchs on rehabilitaion and education sectors. So he does the things step by step. Look at the capital where no more isbaaro, he formed for it just 1000 men from the army but doesnt fall under the ministery of defence.
USAID has paid for mogadisho municipality for 10 million dollars to carry out a large scale construction, lighting the mainroads... The staduim sport is ready. This shows the international aid is important
as for the army within 3 years we will have 25000 modern army forces equiped by turky

Shouldn`t that be his first priority?

This socalled national army you are keep talking about is it only Hawiyie or does other tribes belong in it?

the first priority is about the government raplacing al shabaab order in the whole south so its about the tactics not the war itself.

The key military and police positions are divided between the clans. Defence minister and the president have a civilian control over the army. Defence minister is rahanwen, chief of army staff is darood, abaanduulaha or commandant of the army is dir biimaal gen dhagabadan he has more authority by giving the orders with immediate affect he is dangerous and has the key position in the army
Policeka and asluubta are hawiye the last one were sacad hg policka and hawadle asluubta i dont know the new ones with subclan they belong to
