This was a false rumor that came from Xamar. It was started by the hutu President and his PM, Mr. Asha Hagi. Somaliland is the safest country in Africa.

Whatever the case , we have to preserve the reputation of our country thus this response is welcomed. Those whitey corrupt ridden NGOs can all leave
