The delegation is there to talk about the formation of a Federal State composed of 4 prvinces. Bay, Bakool, Gedo and Lower Shabeelle??? I dont know how credible this news is judging from the website.

I know lots of Raxanweyn live in Gedo, Baardheere for example. Raxanweyn is a force to be reckoned with these days, times have changed so maybe they are having their say in Gedo and Lower Shabeelle.

I swear i read somewhere it would consist 6 provinces, not 4. But we will see if it ever makes to reality. D&M are on fire beryahaan.
