Arab countries backstabbed Somalia back in 1977, some Arab countries who were a part of the Arab league even supported Ethiopia despite the fact that Somalia was in the Arab league. We dont need shit from Arabs. Somalia has arable land, oil/gas, minerals, even gold deposits specially in the north since its a part of the arabian-nubian shield like Eritrea, the longest coast in Africa and the indian ocean specially the Somali basin is a hotspot for a future fishing industry. However, the day Somalis realize that all of us can prosper and qabyaalad is out of the picture, thats when we can become something, not only in the horn but all over Africa. These things I've listed is only within Somalia i.e north and south. If we look west into Somali galbeed, we have the Ogaden basin which might hold reserves that would make the middle eastern garacs jealous, not to mention the oil reserves off shore.
