What lion?He was brought to Kismaayo by Ceyr and was kicked out by Ceyr.
He hasnt even captured one tuulo of Gheeto.
Last but not least he had bloody Seven years in Kismaayo but he spent it in oppressing its natives.
He can Go to Galgaduud his birth place and establish Jubaland amongst his reer Diini kins.

Murax, how can a maamul be built on our land, if we are not heading it?

I think regional admin's are easier in the North where it is more sparsely populated, homogenious clan wise, and a lot less recourses and thus less conflict as there isn't much in the way of natural recources to compete for. As for the South I think everything South of Gaalkacyo will have provincial administrations, and I think that favors Sade too. Jubbaland, Benadir State, Bay/Bakool land, Hiiraan State etc. ain't gonna happen.

Murax, almost every somali settled land is sparsely populated (except for banadir, all large cities and the riverine areas).
The problem with jubbaland and why it's not materializing is down to the people in constant disagreement, not due to population or resources (or lack of it*). Unless you guys cannot agree on a sharing proposal snet will still be having this convo few years down the line.

*actually north-central is rich with resources: PL with oil & gas and Galguduud with uraniam.

Cumar/Murax sheekada maad fahmin. Marexaan for the most part are not interested in setting up jubbaland as it stands. There are too many foreign forces influencing, and Shabab to be dealt with. Ras Kambooni, who try to push it knew that now is the best opportunity for them, they have Kenyan support, and they would try to manufacture the outcome they want. Marexaan knows that it's best opportunity is when all of Gedo and Jubba's are free and they can have representation as deegaans and not as qabils.
If you pay attention to the tit-for-tat that is going on between Majeerteen odayaal and Hawiye odayaal, you would think they were fighting over Jubbaland leadership. And some ogadeen aligning themselves with Majeerteen. It's funny how you don't see the same thing with Marexaan odayaal. It's because they are uninterested in this squabble.

Jubbaland will not materilize anytime soon. And I don't feel bad about it.

Perfect, the problem lies solely with the ownership of Kismaayo - everyone wants to claim it. So why don't they come up with a solution for kimayo to be a seperate district with a power sharing agreement and a clear agreement on the deegaans of the city proper. As for the rest of the regions Gedo, M. Jubba and L. Jubba (without kismayo) - they should revert back to the old administration of the italians (alto giuba and basso giuba) so hence gedo joins bay and bakool; and Lower and Middle jubba join to form basso jubba.
Yes I know you folks don't want to join the raxanweyns, but gedo has history with bay and bakool am I right?
