Is the Mogadishu Admin An inclusive one?
I am Asking this because as a fellow Mogadishawi,I feel that the success of Mogadishu depends on the unity cohesion b.w its various inhabitants.
Clan talk aside,Mogadisu is a somali capital that offers many opportunities in every field like education,health,it,career,entertainment,Tourism and many other flavours.Therefore,If every citizen feels well represented in running its state of affaris,then we will have a strong functioning admin that will last.Therefore,Mooryanism,Ismaic Extremism,Terrorism,The unuka leh Mentality,warlordism,Isbaaro bussiness,irrational loyalty to the clan at the expense of the interests of the Mogadishu community should be a thing of the past so that a new era of Co-existance,brotherhood and reconciliation should usher in.
Our OWn practical experience from the last two decades show us that Violance is never the answer and since the defeat of the terrorist alshabab have we seen the remarkable Progess we as a community can achieve when we put our difference aside and look for the common Good.This is how civilized Community around the world Work.
The current Admin should start new initiaves To reach out to disfrenchised Communities and Make them part of the Banadir Elite Council.
It is not fair for once clan To Have the cake and eat it too thus having it both ways.I think All I am saying is the let the past be the past so that the rule of Law can reign over this remarkable city.
