i wanna grow hair

i hardly have hair.
i was in makkah and i saw an arm that thought it was a boy and then it was a woman
she had more hair than me

even in skl all these arab guys are hairy. there legs and arms are hariy. and they all have moustaches;
but i dont

im so unmanly that even women are hairier than me

is there any way to grow more hair? hair growth stuff etc
