WTF is wrong with this Chief Justice. He is bringing unwanted attention to the country. This Minister for Justice is another hard headed too. I think the Prime Minister should intervene.

Right. If they only drop the case like what happens in most rape cases in democratic countries without enough evidence than the whole thing will go away. Idiots. Rape is almost impossible to prove unless you go to the hospital the next day or have a witness. The judges should have dismissed this whole thing because of that.
Funny that they are so mad about the alleged rapist's reputation. But the government and legal system is ruining our reputation by not dropping the case. Now Somalia has pirates, terrorists, and girls go to jail for crying rape. :mindblown:

From what i've heard on the news, the chick who cried faul was taken to a hospital, and upon examining her alegations were found to be untrue.

When someone is forced into unwanted niiko surely godka would show signs of brusing.
Female doctors examined her, and they determined that she was lying.
