kismaayo is only small part of the problem, this tribal federalism mandated by the constitution is the bigger problem in my opinion. Somalia is forever doomed, markay dhib ka baxdoba mid ka sii daran ayay gashaa, from dictatorship to anarchy and worlordism and then Xabashi followed by Alshabaab and now back to tribal wars. the only way another tribal war can be averted is to reject tribal federalism.
