Walahi ever since I came to the states I have been letting some if my fat-challenged folks who struggle with losing weight to do the easiest thing to losing weight which is to just travel to Somalia or even East Africa. You eat all u can eat but what u do is walk around, use the local transportation and just drink water. Weight will come off so quick u gona get concerned as if u had Aids. Walahi when I ca.e back I was so concerned of my rapid weight loss I went straight to the Aids clinic in town to check myself ( I had good times in East africa). I lost 30 pounds in 4 months and I was eating a lot. Can u believe that
