Any idea what kind of contracts somaliland'd goverment signed with these guys, how come there is absolutly no disclosure to the public and the paraliments?

We know for a fact the last filthy Udub goverment sold Berbera blocks and gave it freely to Ophir Energy the deal was basically free ( 75% for Ophir and 22% UAE company) and 2.5% for somaliland , these are 2 blocks in Berbera b 9 and b 12., yes 2.5% , that is basically free give away .

Now i would like to ask the cheer leaders of the oil hype what % Jaka and Genel got on what block and what somaliland's share is and for how long?

ps. What I want to know is, what is the difference between the rights to explore an area( drilling license) vs. The financial aspect of it. If and when oil is found, how will it be shared between the govt of Somaliland and the oil company?

I agree with that regarding credibility of the Somaliland government or Somalis in general. But I doubt this Kulmiye government considers this agreement as a legitimate one as it wasn't signed by them nor signed by individuals who are still in the government since the UDUB days. As Ophir Energy reached an agreement with the previous UDUB govt, so the question is does this govt considers this particular agreement as a legitimate one as Kulmiye didn't agree on this with Ophir but UDUB did. So I hope this agreement was flushed down the toilet alongside UDUB.

Laakiinse haa ku daalin dadkani all they care about is that Kulmiye seat for 2015, Ina Biixi, Samaale and even Ina Kaahin loooool

Inshallah no oil will be drilled.
